Dear D5030 Club Presidents...our Group Study Exchange (GSE) team will be exchanging with D3030 in Nagpur, India next Rotary year. Because of the climate, they hold their District Conferences earlier in the year (Dec) and have requested that our team be on the ground in India by mid December, 2010. As a result, our normal GSE timeline has been moved up and we need to select our team leader and team members this spring. The attached note from our District GSE Chair, Bob Kaercher outlines the process and asks for your help in announcing this process to your clubs and in helping to identify potential candidates for our team. Group Study Exchange is another one of those incredible Rotary secrets and if you ever talk with people who have participated in an exchange, they will tell you that it is life changing.
