Please help with our clubs administration. We have five tasks each
meeting that we need help with please sign up below. - Set Up (6:45 - 7:00 am) Ensure that tables are set up and chairs are out
- Greeter (7:00 - 7:30) - Set up badges and help sign in our members and guests and collect any payments for meals.
- Inspiration - Bring an inspirational thought or quote for us to start our meeting with.
- Rotary Minute - Bring in some information about Rotary International, our district or a project to share with our club.
- Clean Up (8:30 - 8:45) Ensure that the chairs and tables are put away as well as all the other rotary materials.
